Cet adaptateur réseau Gigabit Ethernet vous permet d'accéder à deux ports GbE fiables sans avoir à installer de pilotes. Il se prête parfaitement à une utilisation avec un MacBook, un Chromebook Pixel, un Dell XPS 12, un modèle 2-en1 Dell Latitude 12 7000 ou d'autres appareils équipés d'un port USB Type-C .

L'adaptateur réseau exploite la vitesse de 5 Gb/s de la technologie USB 3.0 (également connue sous le nom d'USB 3.1 Gen 1) pour que vous puissiez utiliser toute la bande passante de votre connexion Gigabit, sans réduction des performances. Vous gagnez ainsi du temps, car vous pouvez accéder plus facilement aux fichiers de très grande taille à partir de votre réseau, à la vitesse Gigabit.

Pour une polyvalence accrue, l'adaptateur réseau prend en charge de nombreuses fonctionnalités, notamment Wake On LAN, le marquage VLAN, la détection de répartiteur et l'autocorrection (Auto MDIX), le déchargement de la somme de contrôle (IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP) et le déchargement important à l'émission.

Certains ordinateurs prenant en charge l'alimentation USB Type-C proposent uniquement un port USB-C pour la connectivité externe, non compatible avec vos appareils USB Type-A actuels. Cet adaptateur Gigabit est équipé d'un port USB 3.0 Type-A. Lorsqu'il est connecté à votre ordinateur pour fournir un accès au réseau, vous pouvez également vous connecter aux périphériques USB nécessitant un connecteur USB Type-A. L'adaptateur réseau est également rétrocompatible avec les systèmes USB 2.0.

Mise en œuvre rapide. L'adaptateur réseau fournit une prise en charge native des pilotes pour garantir une configuration rapide. Branchez simplement l'adaptateur dans le port USB Type-C de votre ordinateur portable et connectez-vous à votre réseau. Le chipset de l'adaptateur réseau fournit une prise en charge native des pilotes sur Chrome OS et Windows 8.1. Il prend également en charge Mac OS X (10.10) mais nécessite l'installation de pilotes.

Le connecteur USB Type-C est plus petit et plus facile à utiliser que les connecteurs USB précédents. Il s'agit d'une prise réversible. Vous pouvez la brancher sans faire attention au sens. Le câble s'insère toujours correctement, sans risque d'être endommagé.
