Ce hub série USB (FTDI) montable en rack vous permet d'ajouter 16 ports série (RS232), pour un contrôle par ordinateur de bureau ou portable par le biais d'un seul port USB. L'installation en série vous permet d'accroître de manière évolutive et économique votre compte de port série et de répondre à vos besoins d'expansion, sans avoir à investir dans un hub série plus cher.

Fournissant un contrôle total de vos composants série à partir d'un seul périphérique, le hub série USB convient parfaitement à une multitude d'applications dont : l'automatisation industrielle, les kiosques libre-service automatisés et le contrôle par caméra et système de sécurité.

Le hub présente la rétention de port de communication, qui conserve les valeurs de port de communication série assignées. Cela permet de réassigner automatiquement les mêmes valeurs au port fourni par l'adaptateur, en cas de déconnexion et de reconnexion à l'ordinateur hôte.

Le hub présente un chipset USB à série FTDI fiable, pour une installation facile dans un vaste éventail de systèmes d'exploitation.

Avec son châssis métallique, ce hub robuste montable en rack s'installe sur des racks de stockage serveur de 19 pouces pour une solution série industrielle efficace. Il prend en charge une plage de température de fonctionnement étendue de 40°C à 85°C, pour une fiabilité garantie même dans les environnements les plus difficiles. Le hub série USB comprend un adaptateur secteur et une alimentation par bornier, fournissant de nombreuses possibilités d'alimentation.
