Shane Cronin serves as Head of ITAM Services & Canada at SHI, overseeing the company’s optimization practice and aligning IT Asset Management and FinOps services to help customers improve governance, cost transparency, and lifecycle control across their technology investments. Based in New York, he partners across sales, services, and operations to advance SHI’s Optimize solution pillar and supports teams responsible for sales, customer success, and delivery.
He joined SHI in 2025, bringing extensive experience in IT operations and financial management. Shane’s work is focused on strengthening service execution and expanding scalable programs that help enterprises streamline the business of IT.
