Koguan Leo
Koguan Leo founded SHI in 1989 and serves as Chairman of the Board. He established the company with a long‑term vision focused on disciplined growth and global scale.
Mr. Leo holds a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University. In recognition of his contributions to education, the KoGuan Law School at Shanghai Jiao Tong University is named in his honor. He also serves as a Global Trustee Emeriti of Asia Society.
