Kevin McCann

Kevin C. McCann serves as General Counsel of SHI and its affiliates. Based in San Francisco, he oversees SHI’s legal affairs and provides counsel across the business on complex legal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the company, Kevin spent nearly 30 years in private practice at major law firms in San Francisco, focusing on complex business litigation, including antitrust, intellectual property, and commercial disputes. He was recognized by peers in the antitrust bar as a “Super Lawyer” in Northern California.
