Kapil Bansal
Kapil serves in a senior leadership role at SHI, managing global sales teams for the company’s largest customers while also overseeing SHI’s AI portfolio offerings and datacenter rack build operations. His responsibilities include driving strategic revenue growth across enterprise accounts, aligning sales and delivery organizations to meet complex customer needs, and advancing SHI’s capabilities in AI, high-performance infrastructure, and integrated datacenter solutions. He also plays a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies and strengthening partnerships across the technology ecosystem.
He joined the company in 2022, bringing deep experience in technology and business strategy, distribution models, sales execution, and solution ecosystems aligned to customer outcomes. Prior to SHI, Kapil held multiple leadership roles, where he led profit-and-loss responsibilities, growth planning initiatives, customer delivery functions, and large-scale business transformation efforts.
