John D'Aquila
John D’Aquila oversees a team of more than 450 inside sales professionals supporting day‑to‑day sales execution and customer engagement. His focus is on driving growth while delivering world class support, strengthening operational efficiency and driving collaboration across the organization.
He joined SHI in 2001 and has held roles across accounts receivable, e‑commerce operations, and inside sales leadership. Over his tenure, John has built and led teams that support SHI’s evolving sales model and customer needs.
