James Prior
James serves as Chief Financial Officer at SHI, a role he assumed in June 2022 after joining the company as Senior Vice President of Strategy. As CFO, he oversees SHI’s financial and strategic functions, ensuring the company’s financial position is aligned to support sustained, scalable growth.
He brings more than 25 years of experience across the IT industry, having held CFO and senior leadership roles at CDW, Cisco, and Dell. Across his career, James has focused on driving profitable growth through operational discipline, strategic partnerships, and sales enablement.
