Ellen serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at SHI, where she leads the company’s people strategy and supports a global workforce. Her work focuses on strengthening the employee experience and fostering an inclusive culture that supports long‑term growth.
Ellen joined SHI in 1996 and has held leadership roles across Human Resources, Sales Support, Project Management, Recruiting, and Operations. She is a proud graduate of Rutgers University.
