Cory Peters serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at SHI, where he leads strategy and execution in this area. He is responsible for building and supporting digital platforms and teams that enhance how customers engage with SHI.

He brings experience across customer-focused roles and engineering leadership, with a focus on technology transformation that delivers business outcomes. Prior to his current role, Cory held a range of leadership positions supporting Services and Cloud customers, helping align sales, delivery, and customer success teams.
